You wake up….now what?
Make Your Bed
“If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. According to Tim.“It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another. By the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed. Making your bed will also reinforce the fact that little things in life matter.”
Add some mindfulness practice to your morning to calm your mind and be present.
Do 5-10 Reps Of Something
The 5 to 10 reps of whatever you choose, are not a workout. They are intended to “state prime” and wake you up. Getting into your body, even for 30 seconds, has a dramatic effect on your mood and quiets all of that monkey brain mental chatter. Tim Ferris’ preferred exercise is push-ups, as it nicely lights up the nervous system.
Add some coconut oil in there for a metabolism boost.
